Scott is a proud East Bay local who was born in Walnut Creek, raised in San Ramon, and graduated college from California State University (East Bay campus) in 2001 with a Business Administration degree and a minor in Marketing. He managed to work full-time at night with Pepsi-Cola while attending school full-time in the daytime, earning him not just a degree but also the ability to handle critical work-life-balance, time-management, and crisis-management life skills that have helped him build and manage a successful business in the real estate industry.

Scott’s Real Estate career started in 2002 with Prudential California Realty in Pleasanton. His tremendous passion to assist and provide a full-service business to his clients motivated him to earn a Real Estate Appraisal license, for which he practiced from 2001 to 2009, and eventually a Broker license in 2009 when he decided to fully focus on selling real estate. After working as an independent Broker for 10 years Scott realized the tremendous capacity of how he can better serve his clients working in a team so he joined The Bermudez Team on February 2019. Having known Frank for 27 years, Scott has full confidence in the team knowing that our work ethics, values, and professionalism are very well-aligned.

Scott is married to his lovely wife, Sandy, for 21 years and is a proud father to two beautiful daughters, Sam and Stephanie. Besides spending quality time with family, he enjoys playing golf and watching sports of all kinds on television. He also finds joy in piddling in the yard and has an affinity for craft beers.
